üHardwood Floors: We have several options for hardwoods

we DO NOT USE Vinegar and water as it can warp hardwood floors by getting trapped in areas of the floor. This seems to be one of the biggest concern and misconception from speaking with new customers. Vinegar is fine for other areas, just not hardwoods!

ü919 green supplies all cleaning products, we do use several different companies, all have been in the business a total of being earth friendly for over 20 years no flight by night products claiming to be green, nor do they contain dangerous ingredients not listed. As Borax is "natural" as well as Ether but I am sure you do not want your kids touching surfaces cleaned with such products.

üIf you request that we use something different please notify us. We are happy to purchase the product and simply bill you for only for the cost of the item or you may leave it for us when we come to clean.

üAt you free in home walk through we will go over several of the product we use and what you prefer. They are all FREE and CLEAR. we have Several options of scents from pure essential oils which are 100% safe, but we leave that up to you, the customer.

ü Each customer has their own set of cleaning towels that are use strictly for their home, washed in hot water after each cleaning with Free and Clear detergent several times and used only used to clean at your home. .....................

üWho cleans my home? We do, Amie and Paul! That is it, we will not be there for a few cleanings and then send someone different to clean after a few weeks, it is your home and different people from week to week can be unsettling and we understand that.
